The new way to invoice in Spain
VeriFactu requires invoicing software used by freelancers and businesses to generate verifiable, unalterable and traceable records of every invoice, with the option to send them directly to Spain's Tax Agency in real time. In the Basque Country, the equivalent regulation is TicketBAI.
If your current invoicing software doesn't meet these requirements, you're exposed to penalties. We adapt your invoicing (or give you our own ready-made system) so you comply without changing how you work day to day.
