2. What data we process and why
We process the personal data you voluntarily provide through the website's forms (contact, free SEO audit, quote requests, job applications or booking a call), for the following purposes:
- Responding to your queries and requests for information or quotes.
- Carrying out the free SEO audit you request and contacting you with the results.
- Managing your appointment or call booking.
- Processing your job application if you apply through our careers form.
- Sending you commercial communications about our services, only if you have given us your explicit consent to do so.
Fields marked as required on each form are necessary to handle your request; if you don't provide them, we won't be able to process it.
3. Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for processing your data is the consent you give by ticking the relevant checkbox and submitting the form, as well as, where applicable, the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (for example, preparing a quote).
4. How long do we keep your data?
We keep your data for as long as there is a mutual relationship or interest and, after it ends, for the legal limitation periods that apply. Data from contact forms that does not lead to a business relationship is kept for a maximum of 24 months, unless you request its deletion earlier.
5. Who do we share your data with?
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. To operate the website we rely on hosting and email providers acting as data processors under Article 28 GDPR, with whom we have the corresponding confidentiality agreement in place. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
6. Security
Lead and booking data is stored encrypted at rest (AES-256) in our systems, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time by writing to info@3cweb.es together with a copy of an ID document. If you gave us consent for a specific purpose, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
If you believe we have not processed your data in accordance with the law, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
8. Automated decisions
We do not make automated decisions or build profiles from your data that produce legal effects or significantly affect you.
