Who can benefit from Kit Digital?
SMEs and freelancers with 1 to 49 employees who meet the government's requirements, split into 3 segments.
Segment I
Businesses with 1 to under 3 employees, and freelancers.
Segment II
Businesses with 3 to under 10 employees.
Segment III
Businesses with 10 to under 50 employees.
To access Kit Digital you need to go through one or more digitalisation agents, who guide you through the whole application process.

Each category has a maximum subsidised amount. You can only choose one solution per category, up to a maximum of 5.

Requirements to apply for Kit Digital
- ✓ Be a small business, micro-business or freelancer (1 to 49 employees).
- ✓ Be registered with AceleraPyme and have completed the digital diagnostic test.
- ✓ Once granted, you have 6 months to spend it on up to 5 one-year services.
- ✓ The grant covers up to 100% of the service cost, up to a maximum of €12,000.
- ✓ Be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations.

An initiative by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation to help SMEs with digital transformation, run by Red.es as part of the 2021-2025 SME Digitalisation Plan.
The Digitalisation Agent delivers the service to grant beneficiaries: requests the necessary information, submits it to the administration and manages payment for the service provided.
You can only choose one solution per category, up to a maximum of 5 categories, as long as the total doesn't exceed the grant awarded.
No, the application, management and associated costs are free. You only pay VAT, since that isn't subsidised.
All paperwork with the administration is done online; it isn't possible to do it at physical offices.
No, being a Digitalisation Agent and a Kit Digital beneficiary at the same time is completely incompatible.
