How we do it
An automated scanner catches at most a third of the problems. We combine tooling with human review for a real result.
1. Audit
Automated scan of the whole site and manual review of the templates against WCAG, with a report of issues prioritised by severity.
2. Testing with real tools
We verify with a screen reader and keyboard only: what a scanner passes can still be unusable.
3. Code fixes
Structure, headings, keyboard focus, link and icon names, forms, contrast, zoom up to 400% and video.
4. Preferences panel
Optional: high contrast, text size and spacing, readable typeface, link underlining and animation pause, remembered across pages.
5. Statement and plan
Accessibility statement with its contact channel, plus a remediation plan with deadlines for anything that can't be fixed right away.
6. Training and yearly review
A publishing guide and a session for your team so nothing breaks later, and periodic review to keep it compliant.
